Coordination and management
To manage the project and co-ordinate the contributions of participants, ensure that reports are on time and represent a coherent account of the work.
Detailed objectives:
- To ensure the project optimises the experience of members of the consortium, and incorporates the views of appropriate experts and stakeholders.
- To execute the administration of the project and to delegate tasks to consortium members.
- To co-ordinate reporting, including the web-site preparation of working documents and editing scientific papers.
- To liase with the European Commission and other Sixth Framework projects.
- Management of project to ensure consistency and execution of the administration of the project
- Organise project team meetings, by delegation to appropriate consortium members
- Deliver information to all relevant parties, including end-users and other participants
- To co-ordinate the policy recommendations, the final report and relevance to other Sixth Framework projects
