WING is a consultancy firm specialized in the facilitation of multi stakeholder processes. WING’s working field includes the rural areas and Agriculture.  WING’s facilitation experience includes policy development at both national and regional levels.  Recently we have been working on issues such as quality of landscape, new ways to finance the landscape, communbities of practice to develop new ambitions in rural areas, and contextual Scenario’s as an instrument in stakeholder involvement  and innovation processes.  
WING was created in 2003 as a joint venture by Alterra and LEI in 2002 and has become an independent firm at the end of 2006. WING continues to cooperate closely with Alterra and LEI. At this moment WING has an 8 member staff.
 
In FARO WING aims to contribute to strengthen the involvement of policy stakeholders and make scenario’s a vivid communication tool to communicatie the results of this project

Facilitation and contribution to organization of EU Policy Stakeholder workshops as a part of WP 6.
 He is a senior process consultant, with a back ground in Environmental Sciences, Nature conservation and Governmental management. His present interests include to find new customer oriented mechanisms to finance nature and landscape, in rural areas. His present focus are landscapes in The Netherlands (Amstelland) and Northern Portugal (Vale Do Coa). Henk is managing partner of WING
